عزل وتشخيص بكتريا Bacillus subtilis متحملة التراكيز العالية من المعادن الثقيلة

چکیده
تم الحصول على 55 عزلة بكتيرية من الغربلة النوعية للعزلات المستحصل عليها، اخضعت جميعها للغربلة الكمية للحصول عزلتين بكتيريتين الاولى نموذج الحي الصناعي تميزت بسرعة نموها الوسط المغذي الصلب الحاوي الحديد والنحاس والكادميوم والزنك والرصاص والنيكل بتركيز400 ملغم/ لتر كلا انفراد في حين العزلة الثانية عليها مصفى الدورة معدن الكروم وبالتركيز نفسه ، وقد شخصت العزلتين بالاعتماد صفات المستعمرات المظهرية والمجهرية عند تنميتها وشخصت بجهاز VITEKفضلا عن الفحوصات الكيموحيوية كخطوة تكميلية لتشخيص لبكتريا Bacillus اظهرت مقاومتها للمضادات الحيوية Penicillin، Tetracycline، Ampcillin Methicillin و Chloramphenicol وبالتراكيز 10mcg 5mcg 30mcg التوالي واظهرت قدرة عالية للنمو درجات الحرارة العالية 50مْ الى 60مْ بلغ التركيز المتحمل الاعلى للعزلة1 subtilis بين 800 2000 للعناصر المعدنية النحاس والحديد للكروم ملغم/لتر.
